Thresholld was founded by Elara Voss, Jonas Thorne, and Tom Eriksen. We work from London and Oslo across homes, studios, offices, and retreats.

We have sixteen people across both studios. That is the right number — small enough to know every project by name, large enough to see it through properly.

We are not organised by typology. We have architects who think carefully about how people live and work, and we apply that thinking regardless of the brief. The typology changes. The questions don't.
